Have any of you tried the Beauty Secrets Top Coat they sell at Sally Beauty Supply?
  1. janyses-nailcreations said: I have! It used to be my fav top coat of all time but then they changed the formula and it takes too long to dry. Notice how the bottle doesnt say fast dry. The wrapping used to say fast dry well before they changed it.
