Is it just me or are Christmas marbles hard? I cannot for the life of me find reds or greens that work together!
It’s not just you. This is like the third time that I’ve attempted a green & red water marble. I want to go buy new polishes just so I can check this water marble off my list. Lol. The one I posted earlier was the one that came out somewhat decent, but it still didn’t meet my expectations.. :( It’s really hard.
I gave up on that & decided to do a “winter wonderland” themed water marble (at my niece’s request). It was kind of inspired by yours you did a while back. :) I’m pretty happy with the results.. :D MAYBE I’ll try the red & green one again, but not too sure. Haha.
I have been MIA for a while. I’m just so caught up with life, that I have like no time & energy to do anything. With my birthday coming up on Wednesday (Nov. 23rd) I’ve had so much to do!.. Hope you guys don’t mind. I will try to post stuff that I’ve done recently within these next few days.

These were the nails I did last year to match my costume. I’m posting this horrible picture to show you guys how far I’ve come along with my nail art. During this time, I didn’t use base/top coats (I don’t think I even knew what that was.. Lol.) For everyone that always comments on how I learned nail art.. PRACTICING is how I learned. I’ve had a few people tell me that I’m really good at nail art, and ask how I became so good at it.. Well, as this pic shows, I haven’t always been good at it. The more you practice, the more you learn and get better. :) Hope this motivates/inspires someone/anyone. I hope this shows people that ANYONE can do nail art. It just takes PRACTICE. :)
..for not posting much lately. I feel like I’ve been gone forever. :( I miss interacting with my amazing followers. I didn’t have my camera all week, so most of the pics I posted are cell phone pics. I finally got my camera back, so I will get back to posting better quality pics. :)
I had a “project” in mind that I wanted to do before Halloween. Like I’ve mentioned a zillion times before, I LOVE Halloween. :) It’s my absolute favorite time of the year. The thing I love the most is dressing up. I wanted to do some nail art based on my previous years’ costumes & show you guys. Hopefully I will be able to start on that “project” today. I hope I get to share this with you guys because I thought it would be a cool idea. I wish I could’ve started it sooner, but time has just not been my friend lately. Will any of you be interested in this? Let me know what you think. :)

When I’m sad/upset/stressed.. I find that painting my nails and/or designing my nails always calms me down. It is my stress reliever. I put on my earphones, zone out, & paint.. Then I feel a lot better. :)
What is your stress reliever?
I did a black & orange water marble. I don’t really like the results.. :/ I’m going to post pics & retry it again tomorrow.. Hopefully a second time will be better..
I just came back from Rite-Aid. (I needed to buy sprinkles to finish up my KP nail wheel… & of course I didn’t get them. :( ) But I did end up with 16 new polishes.. :) Lol. I just went in there for sprinkles & cotton balls.. I walk out with new nail polish.. :) It never fails. Lol. The best part?.. I only spent $14 on my 16 nail polishes.. I love my drugstore nail polishes!!.. So.. I’m an extremely happy girl on this ugly rainy day.. <3
